The agent will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. Daily tasks include conducting property showings, negotiating contracts, providing expert advice on the real estate market, and building and maintaining strong client relationships. This role also requires the successful execution of sales strategies to meet or exceed business performance standards. Qualifications A valid Real Estate License, demonstrating knowledge of industry regulations and practicesProven experience in Real Estate and Real Property transactionsStrong Customer Service and Sales skillsExcellent negotiation and communication abilitiesDetail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple transactionsSelf-motivated and goal-driven, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in local real estate market trends and regulationsProficiency with real estate software or CRM systems is a plus
