The Senior Sales Agent will manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, qualifying leads, conducting property tours, and closing deals for residential and commercial units. The role involves building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding client needs, and matching them with suitable properties and developers. The Senior Sales Agent will prepare and present proposals, negotiate terms, and ensure smooth execution of sales agreements. Responsibilities also include maintaining an updated knowledge of projects and market trends, using CRM tools to track activities, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver a high-quality client experience.Qualifications Strong Real Estate Sales and Real Estate experience, with a minimum of 1.5 years in a similar sales role.Valid Real Estate License or equivalent authorization, with solid knowledge of local real estate regulations and practices.Excellent Customer Service and client relationship management skills, with the ability to understand and respond to diverse client needs.Proven Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing, supported by a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.Strong communication and presentation abilities in spoken and written form.Comfortable working on-site in New Cairo and conducting frequent client meetings and property visits.Proficiency with CRM systems, digital communication tools, and basic MS Office applications.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to a customer-focused, data-driven sales approach.
