The Property Consultant will guide clients through the full sales cycle, including understanding requirements, presenting suitable properties, organizing site visits, and providing market-informed recommendations. The role involves managing a personal portfolio of listings, following up on leads, maintaining regular contact with prospective and existing clients, and negotiating offers to close deals. The Property Consultant will prepare and explain proposals, complete necessary documentation, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth transaction process. The role also includes staying up to date on market trends, developer offerings, and project updates to provide accurate, data-backed advice.QualificationsStrong Consulting and Real Estate skills to understand client needs, provide expert guidance, and match clients with suitable residential and commercial projects.Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities to build trust, manage expectations, conduct property tours, and deliver a high-quality client experience.Highly PresentableProven Sales skills, including lead qualification, pipeline management, negotiation, and deal closing within a target-driven environment.Knowledge of the Cairo and surrounding real estate markets (e.g., New Cairo, New Capital, Sheikh Zayed, October, North Coast, Ain Sokhna, Red Sea) is highly preferred.Ability to work on-site, including flexible hours and field visits, with strong time management and organization skills.Previous experience in real estate sales, property consulting, or a related field is an advantage.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related discipline is preferred, or equivalent practical experience
