The company collaborates with a wide network of reputable developers such as Palm Hills, Sodic, Hassan Allam, Mountain View, Emaar, Ora, Orascom, City Edge, Hyde Park, and others.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role based in New Cairo for candidates with a minimum of 1 year of experience. The Real Estate Agent will manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, qualifying leads, conducting property tours, and presenting suitable residential and commercial options to clients. Responsibilities include maintaining up-to-date knowledge of market trends, projects, and developers, preparing and negotiating offers, and guiding clients through contracts and closing procedures. The role involves building and maintaining long-term client relationships, providing timely follow-up, and delivering high-quality customer service at every stage of the transaction. The Real Estate Agent will also coordinate with internal teams and developers, update CRM systems, and attend meetings, events, or site visits as required.Qualifications Valid Real Estate License and a solid understanding of local real estate regulations and practices.Hands-on experience in Real Estate and Real Property, including familiarity with residential and commercial projects.Proven Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, closing deals, and achieving or exceeding sales targets.Strong Customer Service capabilities, with the ability to listen, advise, and build trust-based, long-term client relationships.Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Real Estate Agent or in a similar sales role within the property sector.Excellent communication and presentation skills in spoken and written English; additional language skills are an advantage.Comfort with technology tools such as CRM systems, property listing platforms, and standard office software.Strong time-management, organizational skills, and the ability to work on-site and in the field across assigned areas.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
