Key Responsibilities:- Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner- Answer, screen, and direct phone calls- Maintain a clean and organized reception area- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries- Schedule appointments and meetings- Perform administrative tasks (filing, data entry)- Maintain visitor logs and follow security procedures- Provide support and information to staff and guests- Coordinate with other departments as neededRequirements:- Minimum 1 year of experience (preferred)- High school diploma or equivalent- Good command of English- Strong communication and computer skills- Previous experience in reception or admin roles is a plus
