Greeting of guests and visitors in a friendly mannerTaking all internal and external calls and transferring to appropriate personRecord-keeping of log-books.Deal with all enquiries in a professional and courteous manner, in person, on the telephone or via e-mailAssist in keeping the reception and office area clean and tidy, at all timesBe responsible for evacuation, in cases of emergency, acting as first point of contact for guests and the emergency servicesPreparation, edition, reception, dispatch, filing and archiving of any type of correspondences (mail, fax, etc.)Assistance in other daily administrative tasks such as providing secretarial assistance and assisting other officers/staff in obtaining delivery of certificates.Always adhere to all company policies and proceduresPerform other tasks, duties or responsibilities to achieve operations efficiency, as maybe required by C&P Management.QualificationsUniversity Degree or International Schools Graduates.Very Good communication skillsFluent in English and any other language are an advantageAdditional InformationExperience / Technical knowledge1-3 Years Experience.
