Key Responsibilities:Coordinate the full recruitment cycle for assigned vacancies.Post job vacancies on recruitment platforms, social media, and other hiring channels.Screen CVs and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.Communicate with candidates regarding interview details, feedback, and hiring updates.Prepare recruitment trackers, reports, and hiring status updates.Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment records.Support job offer preparation, hiring documentation, and onboarding process for new hires.Conduct induction / orientation sessions for new hires to introduce company policies, procedures, culture, and workplace guidelines.Ensure all joining requirements are completed before start date.Follow up on pending approvals, interview feedback, and hiring decisions.Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the process.Assist in recruitment campaigns, job fairs, and employer branding activities when required.
