Lead the talent acquisition cycle for both corporate office roles and high-volume retail positions (Store Managers, Shift Leaders, etc.).Design and implement effective sourcing strategies to build a pipeline of talent, especially for new store openings across various governorates.Track and report on recruitment metrics.
