Job Purpose:The Regional Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Manager will lead the end-to-end hiring strategy while building a strong and differentiated employer brand for Modupay. This role plays a critical part in scaling high-performing teams particularly within technology, product, and commercial functions while positioning Modupay as an employer of choice in the fintech space.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Talent AcquisitionDevelop and execute a hiring strategy aligned with Modupay’s growth plans and workforce forecasts. Lead end-to-end recruitment for critical roles, regional hiring with a focus on tech, product, and fintech-specialized talent. Partner closely with leadership and hiring managers to anticipate talent needs, support workforce planning, and provide relevant market intelligence.Build proactive talent pipelines for niche and high-demand roles. Drive improvements in hiring speed, quality, and efficiency using data and analytics. Ensure a seamless, engaging, and high-quality candidate experience that reflects Modupay’s culture. Employer Branding & Talent MarketingDefine and execute Modupay’s employer branding strategy in alignment with business and growth goals. Strengthen Modupay’s presence on platforms such as LinkedIn and other digital channels. Collaborate with Marketing to create authentic and engaging content. Lead employer branding campaigns, career fairs, and university partnerships targeting top talent in Egypt and beyond. Position Modupay as a employer or choice within the fintech and startup ecosystem. Stakeholder & Leadership PartnershipAct as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on talent acquisition strategies and market trends. Support hiring managers on the best practices in interviewing, assessment, and decision-making. Provide insights on compensation benchmarks, talent availability, and competitor activity within fintech. Process Excellence & InnovationOptimize recruitment processes, tools, and ATS usage to enhance efficiency and scalability. Implement data-driven recruitment practices and track key hiring metrics. Introduce innovative sourcing strategies, including referrals, headhunting, and talent communities. Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies. Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 12+ years of progressive experience in Work force planning, Talent Acquisition, preferably within fintech, technology, or high-growth startups. Proven experience in leading and developing Talent Acquisition teams.Strong track record in both technical recruitment and regional hiring across multiple functions and markets.Hands-on experience in Employer Branding initiatives and talent attraction strategies.Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic and rapidly scaling organizations.Strong stakeholder management, communication and business partnering skills.
