The role includes managing resale property listings, conducting property viewings, and guiding clients through the buying and selling process. The Senior Resale Agent / Team Leader will lead a small team, support team members in achieving sales targets, and ensure high-quality customer service. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting new clients, following up on leads, negotiating offers, preparing necessary documentation, and maintaining accurate records in the company’s systems. The role also involves staying informed about market trends, coordinating with other departments, and representing EgyProperty in a professional manner during client meetings and site visits.QualificationsStrong experience in real estate resale, including property listing, client consultation, and deal negotiation.Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience guiding and mentoring a sales or real estate team.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term client relationships.Solid organizational and time management skills, including handling multiple clients, viewings, and follow-ups efficiently.Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM or property management systems.Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable car for client meetings and property tours.Knowledge of New Cairo real estate markets and local property regulations is highly preferred.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is an advantage.Ability to work on-site full-time, meet sales targets, and collaborate effectively with team members and management.
