Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a SaaS Sales Expert based in Cairo, Egypt. The SaaS Sales Expert will focus on selling BillQode's innovative solutions to restaurants and cafes by identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and presenting tailored product demonstrations. Responsibilities include understanding client needs, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to a positive customer experience. Additional tasks may involve developing sales strategies to increase market presence and revenue growth. Qualifications Sales and Retail Sales experience with a proven ability to meet or exceed targetsStrong Customer Service and Customer Experience skills, with a focus on client satisfaction and relationship-buildingExcellent Communication skills, including listening, negotiation, and persuasionAbility to work collaboratively within a team and independently to achieve sales objectivesFamiliarity with SaaS or technology products and services is a plusBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferredProficiency in both English and Arabic is an advantage
