Key Responsibilities:• Manage end-to-end recruitment cycles for both technical & non-technical roles• Partner closely with hiring managers across different departments• Source and attract top talent through various channels (LinkedIn, referrals, headhunting, etc.)• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines• Contribute to improving recruitment strategies and processes Requirements:• 4–7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition• Experience as a Generalist TA (handling multiple functions)• Exposure to tech hiring is a strong plus (not limited to it)• Strong sourcing and headhunting skills• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
