Sales Senior Engineer

Job Purpose:The eMobility Sales Senior Engineer is responsible for driving the growth of DC and AC charger sales activities by securing new business opportunities, strengthening key partnerships, and executing targeted sales strategies.Key Responsibilities:Execute a sales strategy to grow DC and AC chargers sales.Identify and secure new business opportunities, including fleet operators, charge point operators (CPOs), energy companies, and government tenders.Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, partners, and customers.Execute negotiations, pricing strategies, and contract discussions to ensure profitable growth.Work closely with marketing and product teams to tailor solutions for market needs.Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.Support technical and business discussions with clients, ensuring they understand the benefits of our SiC-based high-efficiency solutions.Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.Maintain deep knowledge of the product portfolio, including features, benefits, and technical specifications.Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive products to provide relevant insights and recommendations.Collaborate with the sales team in GCC, Africa and Europe to develop and execute strategies for winning new business and expanding market presence.Assist in identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities by leveraging technical knowledge and customer insights.Provide regular updates and reports to the eMobility Sales Director on sales activities, technical challenges, and customer feedback.Qualification & Education:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, or Business Administration.Years of Experience: 3–5 years of experience in EV charging infrastructure, e-mobility, power solutions industry, or relevant field.Language: English proficiency is required; French is a plus.
