Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Specialist role based in Cairo, Egypt. The Sales Specialist will engage with clients to understand their needs, provide tailored recommendations, and manage the sales process. Responsibilities include building and managing client relationships, conducting property tours, negotiating deals, and staying informed about market trends. This individual will also collaborate with team members and participate in ongoing training to refine sales techniques and ensure client satisfaction. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to establish and maintain effective client relationshipsProven Sales and Sales Management experience, with the ability to meet and exceed targetsExperience in conducting Training or coaching is an assetExcellent interpersonal and negotiation skillsReal estate experience is a significant advantageProficiency in CRM systems and basic office software toolsFluency in English; additional languages are a bonusProactive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environmentBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or relevant field is preferred
