Job ObjectiveTo lead and support a team of sales Advisor(s) in achieving sales targets for the company’s products.The Sales Supervisor will drive performance through coaching, monitoring, and motivating the team while ensuring compliance with company policies, regulatory standards, and customer satisfaction goals.Key ResponsibilitiesSales Performance & Target Achievement:Supervise day-to-day sales operations for assigned territories.Ensure team meets or exceeds individual and collective sales targets.Monitor daily sales KPIs and take corrective action when needed.Drive cross-selling and upselling of consumer finance products.Team Management & DevelopmentRecruit, train, and onboard new sales team members.Conduct regular coaching sessions to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.Evaluate performance and provide feedback for continuous improvementMarket & Customer EngagementIdentify market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity.Maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.Ensure exceptional customer experience across all sales interactions.Compliance & ReportingEnsure adherence to company policies, fintech regulatory requirements, and data protection laws.Prepare weekly/monthly sales performance reports for management.Escalate operational challenges and propose process improvements.Minimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree in any related field.Strong knowledge of consumer lending products, BNPL, or digital financial services.Proficient in CRM systems and MS Office Suite.Minimum ExperienceFrom 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in consumer finance, banking, or fintech.Minimum 1–2 years in a supervisory or team leader role.
