SAP S/4HANA Payroll Consultant_Egypt_Remote

We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Payroll Consultant with strong expertise in Saudi Arabia (KSA) payroll localization. The consultant will be responsible for implementing, configuring, supporting, and optimizing payroll processes in SAP S/4HANA/HCM environments while ensuring compliance with Saudi labor laws, GOSI regulations, EOSB calculations, and statutory reporting requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesLead SAP S/4HANA Payroll implementations and support projects for KSA.Configure and maintain Saudi payroll schemas, rules, wage types, and payroll processes.Manage payroll processing, retroactive accounting, off-cycle payroll, and year-end activities.Configure and support:GOSI (General Organization for Social Insurance)End of Service Benefits (EOSB)Leave encashmentTicket entitlementLoans and deductionsOvertime and absence valuationHandle payroll integration with:Personnel Administration (PA)Organizational Management (OM)Time Management (TM)SuccessFactors Employee Central (if applicable)SAP Finance (FI)Conduct payroll testing, parallel runs, and production support.Analyse and resolve payroll incidents, schema issues, and payroll discrepancies.Prepare functional specifications and support development of payroll enhancements.Support data migration, payroll reconciliation, and statutory reporting.Collaborate with business stakeholders, HR teams, and technical consultants.Provide user training and knowledge transfer.Required Skills & ExperienceFunctional Expertise5+ years of SAP HCM Payroll experience.2+ years of SAP S/4HANA HCM Payroll experience preferred.Strong experience in KSA Payroll Localization (PY-SA).Hands-on experience with:Payroll SchemasPCRs (Personnel Calculation Rules)Wage TypesFeature ConfigurationPayroll Control RecordPayroll Posting to FinanceExperience with GOSI contribution calculations and reporting.Strong understanding of EOSB calculations and Saudi Labor Law requirements. SAP's KSA payroll localization includes dedicated processing for GOSI and End-of-Service calculations.Technical KnowledgeBasic understanding of ABAP debugging.Experience reading payroll logs and cluster results.Knowledge of SAP Fiori applications is an advantage.Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll is preferred.Preferred ExperienceFull lifecycle SAP Payroll implementation projects.ECC to SAP S/4HANA Payroll migration projects.GCC payroll experience (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait).Experience working with multinational organizations and shared service environment
