Own the full sales cycle — from lead generation to closing — while building long-term client relationships and consistently exceeding revenue targets within the systems integration market.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities for ELV systems (CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, PA, BMS), structured cabling, and networking solutions across enterprise, government, and large corporate accounts.Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through direct prospecting, consultants, contractors, and existing client relationships.Lead the end-to-end sales cycle: needs assessment, solution positioning, proposal development, negotiation, and closing — working closely with the presales team for technical design and pricing.Manage and grow existing key accounts, identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities across ELV, ICT, and networking product lines.Maintain strong relationships with OEMs/vendors relevant to ELV and networking (e.g., Hikvision, Bosch, Honeywell, Genetec, Cisco, Huawei, Aruba, HPE Networking) to leverage partner programs and co-sell opportunities.Prepare and deliver client presentations, commercial proposals, and contract negotiations for tenders and direct sales.Track pipeline, forecasts, and account activity using CRM tools, reporting regularly to sales leadership.Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and tender opportunities in the ELV/ICT/networking space.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field.7–10+ years of B2B sales experience specifically in ELV/Light Current systems, ICT, or networking infrastructure within a system integrator or contractor environment.Proven track record of hitting/exceeding sales targets in ELV and/or networking solution sales.Strong existing network of decision-makers (Facilities/IT Directors, Consultants, MEP Contractors, Procurement) within the target market.Experience managing accounts and tenders with significant revenue value (specify threshold per role).Preferred / Nice-to-HaveExisting relationships with ELV/networking OEMs and consultants in the region.Experience selling into specific verticals (government, hospitality, real estate, banking).Arabic and English fluency.Soft SkillsStrong negotiation and closing skills.Executive-level communication and presentation ability.Self-driven with strong pipeline discipline and CRM hygiene.Resilient under pressure with a target-driven mindset.
