You’ll collaborate closely with other members of the Commercial team to ensure that our partners are set up to be successful.As an Account Manager, you will be one of the pioneering members who are responsible for managing a defined portfolio of major clients and positively contribute to expanding business relations and the retention of existing clients.Job Code:New 2026COMM-002Job Responsibilities: Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with clientsHelp the clients through email, phone, online/virtual presentations, screen-share and in person meetingsDevelop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, client stakeholdersEnsure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to clients’ needs and objectivesCommunicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholdersForecast and track key account metrics/goalsEnhance department and organization’s reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishmentsResponsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basisMonitor and analyze customer’s usage of our serviceLiaise between the customer and internal teamsJob Qualifications:3+ years of experience in a similar role in the shipping/logistics field is a preferableDemonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-levelProven ability to manage multiple tasks at a time while paying strict attention to detailExcellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skillsExcellent verbal and written communications skillsSelf-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environmentNatural relationship builder with integrity, reliability, and maturityAbility to prioritize among competing tasksCritical thinking and problem-solving skillsExcellent time management skillsKeen attention to detail and adherence to deadlinesExperience with CRM system is a plusAble to work in a start-up fieldWe may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses.
