About the Role:The Senior FP&A role is responsible for supporting budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning cycles, performing detailed financial performance analysis and providing actionable insights. The role also involves preparing management reports, dashboards, and variance analysis, while supporting strategic decision-making and business planning. In addition, the position collaborates with cross-functional teams to drive financial efficiency and improve overall business performance.Requirements:● Finance and Accounting: Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance is a must.● FMVA (Financial Modeling & Valuation Analyst) certification is required.● Relevant Experience: 2-4 years in financial planning and analysis, preferably within the FMCG sector.● Variance Analysis: Proven track record in identifying and researching financial variances and providing actionable insights.● Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Excel, including financial modeling and scenario analysis. Knowledge of Power BI and Excel VBA is a plus.● Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in financial analysis and reporting.● Adaptability: Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
