Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Development Supervisor to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Performance Management Systems (PMS) and KPIs development & monitoring, with a solid understanding of the 9-Grid Talent Matrix. This role will play a critical part in driving organizational performance and supporting talentKey Responsibilities:Design, implement, and manage the company’s performance management framework.Develop and monitor KPIs aligned with business objectives.Support managers in setting performance goals and conducting evaluations.Utilize the 9-Grid Talent Matrix for employee assessment, development, and succession planning.Provide insights and recommendations to enhance organizational performance.Conduct training sessions and workshops on performance management tools and practices.Partner with HR and business leaders to foster a performance-driven culture.Job RequirementsBachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).Minimum of 4+ years’ experience in performance management, preferably in large or fast-growing organizations.Proven expertise in PMS, KPIs, and 9-Grid Talent Matrix.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.HR certifications (e.g., HRBP, SHRM, KPI Institute) are a plus.
