Senior HR Operations Specialist

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership, leading by example, and contributing to a positive employee experience.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and oversee day-to-day HR operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance. Handle the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, personnel files, contracts, attendance, leaves, and offboarding. Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and internal HR procedures. Maintain accurate HR records and support payroll-related processes when needed. Act as the main point of contact for employees regarding HR operational matters, providing timely and professional support. Collaborate closely with managers across different departments to address HR needs and improve operational efficiency. Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and recommend improvements. Support, coach, and supervise junior HR team members, ensuring high-quality execution and continuous development. Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate documentation when required. RequirementsWhat We're Looking ForBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field. 3–5+ years of experience in HR Operations. Strong knowledge of HR practices and Egyptian labor law. Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust across all levels. Leadership skills with the ability to guide, mentor, and support junior team members. Strong organizational and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
