In this role, you will oversee a large-scale operation covering the entire employee lifecycle for a workforce of over 2,000. You will be responsible for transforming HR into a high-performance engine that supports the unique and fast-paced demands of the construction industry.Your mission is to refine formal HR processes that bring order to a complex, multi-site environment. From high-volume talent acquisition to sophisticated compensation structures and talent development programs, you will lead a diverse team of specialists to ensure operational efficiency and an elite employee experience.Departmental Leadership: Direct and mentor a large HR team across multiple functions, including Employee Affairs, Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, and Talent Development.Process Engineering: Establish and enforce formal, scalable HR processes capable of managing the "moving parts" of a large construction entity.Systems Integration: Leverage SAP SuccessFactors to automate workflows, drive data-based decision-making, and ensure organizational transparency.Total Rewards & Compliance: Oversee complex Compensation and Benefits structures and ensure rigorous adherence to Employee Affairs and labor law standards.Talent Strategy: Drive the Talent Acquisition and Development agendas to ensure a steady pipeline of engineering and administrative talent, while enhancing the overall Talent Experience. Proven Leadership: 20+ years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior management role overseeing a team in a large-scale entity 2,000+ headcount).Industry Expertise: Extensive experience in the Construction or Engineering sector is highly preferred to navigate its specific labor and operational challenges.Technical Mastery: Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors is essential for driving the digital HR agenda.Talent Development & Succession: Demonstrated ability to build structured Individual Development Plans (IDPs) and succession frameworks that identify and grow high-potential employees across all levels.Scientific Talent Assessment: Experience in implementing and overseeing formal Talent Assessment methodologies (e.g., psychometric testing, 360-degree feedback, and technical competency mapping) to ensure objective hiring and promotion.Strategic Process Design: Demonstrated ability to build HR frameworks from the ground up in complex, high-variable environments.Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or a related field. Professional certifications (e.g., SPHR, SHRM-SCP) are a significant advantage.Competencies: Strong command of Egyptian Labor Law, advanced analytical skills for C&B, and the emotional intelligence to manage a diverse, high-pressure workforce.
