Job Summary We are looking for a Senior Integration Engineer with a strong foundation in enterprise system integration to join our Managed Services team. The role involves designing, building, and operating integration solutions for our clients — primarily government and healthcare entities in Saudi Arabia. The right candidate is first and foremost a skilled integration engineer: someone who understands APIs, data flows, messaging patterns, and how systems talk to each other. Experience in healthcare integration (HL7, FHIR) is a significant advantage and will be prioritized, but it is not a hard requirement. Key Responsibilities : Integration Design & Development • Design and build end-to-end integration solutions between internal and external systems• Develop and maintain APIs (REST / SOAP) and integration services • Perform data mapping, transformation, validation, and routing across heterogeneous systems • Work with enterprise integration engines or middleware platforms (Mirth Connect, or similar) • Apply integration patterns such as pub/sub, request-reply, event-driven architecture, and orchestration Operations & Support • Monitor integration services and ensure high availability for production environments • Troubleshoot integration incidents and perform root cause analysis • Provide ongoing managed services support, including fixes, optimizations, and enhancements Client & Government Integration • Integrate with Saudi government platforms: Nafath (National SSO), Active Directory, Saudi Post (national address) • Work with government security requirements and compliance standards (NCA, SDAIA) • Communicate directly with clients, attend technical meetings, and translate business requirements into integration solutions Documentation • Maintain high-quality technical documentation: designs, API specs, operational runbooks • Coordinate with infrastructure, security, development, and DevOps teamsQualifications & Requirements Core — Required • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field • 7+ years of hands-on experience in system and application integration • Strong command of REST and SOAP APIs, data formats (JSON, XML), and integration patterns • Practical experience with at least one enterprise integration engine or middleware platform • Solid SQL and relational database skills to support integration use cases • Experience working in Managed Services or client-facing technical delivery roles Healthcare Integration • Familiarity with healthcare data standards: HL7 v2 and/or FHIR R4 • Experience with healthcare integration engines (Mirth Connect or equivalent) • Background integrating with hospital systems: HIS, LIS, RIS, EMR, or TrakCare • Understanding of clinical workflows and patient data exchange Additional Advantage • Experience with Saudi government integration frameworks (Nafath, ZATCA, Saudi Post APIs) • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices • Experience supporting government or mission-critical systems Soft Skills• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Clear technical communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders • Ability to write precise, maintainable documentation• Arabic language proficiency for client communication
