The team values high-quality instruction, learner-centered approaches, and measurable outcomes.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior Talent Management Specialist role based in Qesm El Maadi. The specialist will design and implement talent management strategies that support the organization’s growth and align with its learning-focused culture. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and managing performance management frameworks, leading succession planning initiatives, and driving employee engagement programs. The role will also involve designing and coordinating training and development initiatives, partnering with leaders to identify capability gaps, and using data to assess talent outcomes. The specialist will collaborate closely with HR and department heads to ensure fair, inclusive, and consistent talent practices across the organization.Qualifications Demonstrated expertise in Talent Management and Succession Planning, including designing and executing long-term talent pipelines.Strong background in Employee Engagement, with experience designing initiatives that enhance satisfaction, motivation, and retention.Hands-on experience in Training & Development, including needs analysis, program design, facilitation coordination, and evaluation.Proven skills in Performance Management, including goal-setting frameworks, feedback processes, and performance review systems.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field; a master’s degree or relevant certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) is an advantage.Ability to analyze HR and talent data to generate insights, support decision-making, and track program effectiveness.Strong stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills, with the ability to influence at multiple organizational levels.Experience in education, training, or learning-focused organizations is a plus, along with familiarity with multicultural and international environments.
