We help healthcare providers improve operations, productivity, service quality, and business growth through smart, specialized software solutions.Role OverviewWe’re looking for a Senior Marketing Specialist with 6+ years of experience to take ownership of our marketing strategy and execution.This role is ideal for someone who has moved beyond running individual campaigns and is ready to own outcomes, build structured marketing plans, improve lead generation, strengthen brand positioning, and turn marketing into a measurable growth engine.You’ll work closely with sales, product, and leadership across Nebras Technology’s product lines, including Dental, Radiology, Endoscopy, and Academic Dental Software solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy & PlanningDevelop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with business and revenue goals.Own the marketing roadmap across campaigns, channels, and product lines.Translate business objectives into clear marketing plans with KPIs, timelines, and expected outcomes.Support product positioning and go-to-market planning for new and existing solutions.Campaign ManagementPlan, launch, and optimize multi-channel campaigns across paid social, search, email, content, and organic channels.Manage advertising budgets based on performance data such as CPL, ROAS, ROI, CAC, and conversion rates.Run A/B tests and improve creative, targeting, landing pages, and messaging.Develop lead generation campaigns that support the sales pipeline and improve lead quality.Content & PositioningDevelop messaging frameworks and value propositions for key audience segments.Translate technical product features into clear customer-facing benefits.Oversee content production, including copy, creative briefs, case studies, presentations, brochures, landing pages, and sales collateral.Conduct competitor analysis and refine positioning based on market needs and product strengths.Ensure consistent brand communication across Nebras Technology and its product lines.Analytics & ReportingBuild and maintain dashboards tracking campaign performance, funnel conversion, lead quality, and marketing ROI.Report marketing performance to leadership with clear insights and actionable recommendations.Use CRM and analytics tools to identify friction points across the funnel.Track the customer journey from lead generation to qualification, demo, follow-up, and closed deals.Cross-functional CollaborationPartner with sales to align on lead quality, handoff processes, follow-up standards, and shared targets.Work with product teams to understand features, updates, technical advantages, and customer use cases.Collaborate with leadership to prioritize campaigns based on business goals.Support hiring, onboarding, or mentoring of junior marketing team members when needed.Requirements6+ years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of owning campaigns end-to-end.Strong experience in B2B marketing, preferably in healthcare IT, SaaS, software, medical technology, or technology-driven industries.Proven experience with paid social and/or search advertising, including Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.Strong grasp of funnel metrics, including CPL, conversion rates, ROAS, CAC, LTV, lead quality, and ROI.Experience with CRM systems, analytics tools, campaign tracking, and marketing reporting.Familiarity with website content management, SEO fundamentals, and landing page optimization.Strong content, copywriting, and positioning skills.Ability to build marketing plans, not just execute isolated tasks.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic.Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and take ownership of results.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.Nice to HavePrevious experience in healthcare IT, clinic management software, dental software, radiology systems, PACS/RIS, or endoscopy solutions.Experience marketing SaaS or subscription-based software products.Experience managing or mentoring junior marketing team members.Ability to use AI tools to improve marketing productivity, content quality, campaign planning, and reporting.Basic experience in graphic design, video editing, motion graphics, or creative direction.
