Managing of all owned properties of bank co-ordinate with Mashreq Management and External tenants to give excellent service to tenant and safe guard banks interest and follow standard procedures for smooth functioning of Property Unit.. Set Property Unit Budget in advance for next year and communicate with tenant the rent and charges as per Regulatory timelines. Scrutinize and validate all Documentations relating to tenancy contract including company and personal documents of tenants make sure that all required documents are in bank records. Monitor all rental transactions and validate all collections are made according to the set budget / standard charges; book all income in specific GLs by co-ordinating with CAD. Issue Tax Invoice for all collections as per standard timelines , share with tenants. Maintain MIS for Property Unit across UAE for Tenancy Contracts , Occupancy, Collections, Tax Invoice ,. Maintain Admin Sundry and GL accounts, monitor entries, perform monthly reconciliations. Manage staff parking in all Owned Properties, issue parking as per eligibility, maintain updated records, perform periodical reconciliations.
