The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing payroll operations, personnel activities, and ensuring full compliance with labor laws and company policies.Key Responsibilities:Manage and process monthly payroll accurately and on timeHandle employee personnel records, contracts, and HR documentationEnsure compliance with labor law regulations and social insurance requirementsPrepare payroll reports, deductions, overtime, and attendance calculationsManage hiring documentation, onboarding, and employee filesHandle resignations, terminations, and employee status updatesCoordinate medical insurance and social insurance processesRespond to employee inquiries related to payroll and personnel mattersMaintain accurate HR databases and recordsSupport HR audits and ensure proper documentation controlRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related fieldProven experience in payroll and personnel operationsStrong knowledge of labor law, social insurance, and payroll proceduresProficiency in Microsoft Office, especially ExcelExperience using HR/payroll systems is preferredStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsExcellent communication and problem-solving abilitiesFluency in English is a MUSTPreferred Qualifications:Experience in handling large employee headcountsHR certification is a plusAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlines
