The role involves managing the full sales cycle for real estate assets, including prospecting, qualifying leads, conducting property viewings, and closing deals in line with company targets. The Senior Property Consultant will provide professional advice to clients on property options, pricing, and market trends, while maintaining strong client relationships and delivering consistent customer service. Responsibilities include preparing proposals and contracts, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, and ensuring accurate documentation and reporting.
