Key Responsibilities• Talent Acquisition & Sourcing• Manage end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior-level roles across multiple sectors• Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies using Boolean search, job boards,and social platforms• Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring client needs• Conduct market mapping and competitor benchmarking• Advise on job descriptions, compensation benchmarks, and market trends• Carrying out all administrative arrangements for those attending a selection process,such as arranging tests and providing suitable arrangements for applicants withspecial needs• Attending employment fairs to present the company to the potential job candidatesand to the public• Candidate Evaluation & Selection• Screen CVs and conduct structured interviews using behavioral and competency based techniques• Create and refine scoring rubrics and evaluation sheets tailored to client expectations• Present shortlisted candidates with detailed assessments and recommendations• Process Optimization & Branding• Automate outreach and evaluation workflows using Excel/Google Sheets• Design branded recruitment materials—evaluation sheets, interview guides, andcandidate reports• Ensure compliance with labor laws and ethical recruitment standards• Reporting & Analytics• Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, conversion rates, source effectiveness)• Analyze data to improve sourcing channels and candidate quality• Prepare client-facing reports with actionable insights Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree in any related field• HR certificate/diploma is essential• 5+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in agency settings• Proven success in sourcing and placing candidates across functions• Strong command of ATS tools, CRM platforms, and Excel automation• Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint• Experience with international hiring is an asset• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills
