We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Sales Engineer – Lighting Projects to drive business growth across commercial, residential, hospitality, industrial, and infrastructure sectors.The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new project opportunities, managing key client relationships, promoting high-quality lighting solutions, and supporting projects from early specification stage through quotation, negotiation, closing, and post-sales follow-up.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new business opportunities in lighting projects across different sectors.Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, project owners, and key clients.Promote and sell indoor, outdoor, façade, and architectural lighting solutions.Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and solution proposals to clients and consultants.Prepare technical and commercial offers in line with project requirements and specifications.Follow up project pipelines, quotations, negotiations, approvals, and closing activities.Work closely with design and technical teams to provide optimized lighting solutions.Obtain product approvals from consulting offices and project stakeholders.Support lighting calculations, measurements, and project compliance with international standards.Maintain strong knowledge of lighting fixture certifications and testing standards such as LM79, LM80, LM82, LM84, ISTMT, TM-21, TM-30, ENEC, CB, CE, and related standards.Support lighting control system requirements for indoor, outdoor, and façade lighting applications.Monitor market trends, competitor activity, pricing, and customer requirements.Maintain accurate opportunity pipelines, forecasts, and sales activities on CRM systems.Achieve assigned sales targets, revenue objectives, and profitability goals.Track project progress, revenue realization, and customer satisfaction after sales.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering is a must.Minimum 3–5 years of experience in lighting project sales.Strong knowledge of lighting products, systems, applications, and project sales cycles.Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing client relationships.Experience working with lighting consultants, contractors, developers, and project specifications.Familiarity with lighting design concepts and software such as Dialux.Good understanding of outdoor lighting, façade lighting, and lighting control systems.Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office is required.Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to work across multiple sectors including commercial, hospitality, residential, industrial, and infrastructure projects.Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work under pressure.CRM experience is preferred.
