Design & Implement SCADA Systems: Design, configure, implement, and maintain ASP SCADA systems for process automation projects. System Integration & Customization: Perform system integration, programming, and customization based on project requirements. Testing & Commissioning: Conduct system testing, FAT/SAT, commissioning, and site support activities (both remote and on-site). Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution: Resolve SCADA issues to ensure smooth plant operation. Technical Specifications: Interpret customer technical specifications and develop implementation strategies. Documentation & Training: Prepare and maintain technical documentation and provide customer training. Compliance & Safety: Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality guidelines. Digitalization Initiatives: Contribute to digitalization efforts, including dashboards, analytics, and connectivity solutions. Project Management: Plan project tasks, manage milestones, and report risks or scope variations to project leaders. Knowledge Development: Stay updated on new technologies and align work with company policies and procedures. RequirementsRequirements: Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field. Experience: 5+ years of experience in process automation or control systems. SCADA Systems Experience: Hands-on experience with AVEVA System Platform, Siemens PCS7, and Emerson SCADA (preferred). Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of process control logic, HMI configuration, control strategies, and system integration. Fluent in English. Willingness to travelPreferred Skills: SCADA Dashboards & Data Center BMS: Experience with UOC dashboards, SCADA for Data Center BMS, EPMS, and Digital Twin basics. PLC & RTU: Experience with PLC & RTU programming, IO mapping, P&ID interpretation, FAT/SAT, panel wiring, documentation, and troubleshooting. Networking Basics: Knowledge of VLANs, IP addressing, firewalls, Ethernet switches, and industrial cybersecurity. Data Communication: Experience with OPC UA, Modbus (TCP/RTU), MQTT, REST API, and SQL connectivity. Scripting: Familiarity with VBA, JavaScript, and Python for automation and dashboard development. UI/UX for SCADA: Experience in SCADA graphics and UI design. Experience with cloud-based SCADA integration and IIoT platforms is a strong advantage.
