The team is committed to high-quality instruction, learner-centered programs, and measurable language outcomes.Role Description This is a part-time, remote Senior Talent Acquisition role focused on attracting, engaging, and hiring high-quality educators and support staff. The person in this role will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including intake meetings with hiring managers, role scoping, job posting, sourcing, screening, and guiding candidates through interviews and offers. They will collaborate with academic and operational leaders to understand talent needs, refine job profiles, and maintain an efficient, inclusive hiring process. Daily responsibilities include sourcing candidates through multiple channels, conducting structured interviews, maintaining accurate applicant tracking records, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The Senior Talent Acquisition professional will also contribute to employer branding initiatives, market mapping, and process improvements to support 4Level1’s growth across remote and on-site operations.Qualifications Demonstrated expertise in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and closing candidates for diverse roles.Strong skills in Interviewing and assessment, with experience structuring fair, competency-based interview processes.Proven experience in Hiring decisions and stakeholder management, partnering closely with leaders to align on role requirements and selection criteria.Experience building and promoting Employer Branding initiatives, including crafting compelling job descriptions and engaging talent communities.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to interact effectively across cultures and time zones.Comfort working in a remote, part-time environment with strong self-management, organization, and attention to detail.Previous experience recruiting in education, e-learning, or international environments is an advantage.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
