The team is dedicated to high-quality, learner-centered education in a dynamic, multicultural environment.Role Description The Social Media Moderation Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Qesm El Maadi. This role is responsible for monitoring and moderating comments, messages, and user interactions across all social media platforms to ensure a safe, respectful, and brand-aligned online community. The manager will respond to inquiries, escalate sensitive cases, and enforce community guidelines while maintaining a professional and supportive tone. Daily tasks include collaborating with marketing and content teams, supporting content planning and scheduling, and providing feedback on audience sentiment and engagement trends. The role also involves generating moderation reports, recommending improvements to policies and workflows, and coordinating with internal stakeholders to address recurring issues or risks.QualificationsStrong social media and community management skills, including Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO).Excellent Communication and Writing skills, with the ability to respond clearly, empathetically, and consistently across channels.Ability to contribute to Content Strategy, particularly around community guidelines, FAQs, and standardized responses.Previous experience in social media moderation, community management, or customer support is highly preferred.Familiarity with social media platforms, moderation tools, and basic analytics dashboards.High attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to handle sensitive content with discretion.Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple conversations and tasks simultaneously.Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Linguistics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
