The role focuses on sourcing high-potential sales talent, managing high-volume hiring, and ensuring timely fulfillment of sales positions to support business growth.Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar roles (e.g., sales reps, technicians, operators, drivers, labor)Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and hiring plansDevelop and execute effective sourcing strategies (job boards, walk-ins, referrals, agencies, etc.)Conduct screening, interviews, and assessments to ensure candidate suitabilityCoordinate and manage mass hiring campaigns and recruitment drivesMaintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for ongoing and future needsEnsure timely closure of vacancies while meeting hiring targets and SLAsHandle offer management, negotiation, and onboarding coordinationBuild relationships with external vendors, recruitment agencies, and local hiring channelsTrack and report recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, hiring volume, source effectiveness)Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor regulationsContinuously improve recruitment processes and candidate experienceQualifications3–6 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in blue-collarStrong experience in high-volume recruitment environmentsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to work under pressure and meet tight hiring deadlinesStrong sourcing and networking skills across multiple channelsExperience in coordinating large-scale hiring events is a plusGood understanding of labor market trends and hiring challengesProficiency in MS Office and ATS systemsGood command of EnglishStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesAbility to work on-site and handle field recruitment activities
