Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Senior Technical Office Engineer – MEP (BIM) to join our team and lead technical office activities related to MEP systems across projects. The role involves reviewing design documents, preparing and coordinating shop drawings, managing technical submittals, quantity surveying, and utilizing BIM tools to ensure efficient coordination, clash-free designs, and successful project execution.Responsibilities• Review MEP design drawings, specifications, BOQs, and contract documents. • Prepare, review, and coordinate shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built drawings.• Lead technical coordination between MEP, architectural, structural, and civil disciplines.• Develop, review, and update MEP BIM models in line with project requirements.• Perform and manage clash detection and coordination using BIM tools.• Prepare and follow up on technical submittals, material submittals, and RFIs.• Perform and review quantity take-offs and material estimation.• Ensure all technical office deliverables are issued accurately and within deadlines.• Provide technical support and clarifications to site execution teams.• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers on technical matters.• Monitor drawing revisions and ensure implementation of approved changes.• Participate in technical and coordination meetings throughout project phases.Requirements• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering. • 5–8 years of relevant experience in MEP Technical Office.• Strong experience in shop drawings, coordination, technical submittals, and quantity surveying.• Hands-on experience with BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.• Good knowledge of MEP systems, materials, and construction standards.• Strong coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills.• Good command of English.• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
