Site Section Head - MEP

Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Site Section Head – MEP to oversee and manage all MEP site activities, ensuring work is executed according to project specifications, quality standards, safety regulations, and project timelines.ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate all MEP site activities and technical teams.Ensure execution of MEP works according to approved drawings and project specifications.Monitor site progress and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and other site departments to resolve technical issues.Review and follow up material submittals, shop drawings, and site inspections.Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards on site.Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and update management on project status.Monitor manpower productivity and resource allocation.Handle site problems and provide technical support when needed.Ensure proper testing, commissioning, and handover of MEP systems.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.7–10 years of experience in MEP construction/site execution.Previous experience in managing MEP site activities and teams.Strong knowledge of MEP systems, shop drawings, and technical coordination.Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Good command of English.Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office is preferred.
