This role is responsible for coordinating and overseeing software projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring scope, timelines, and quality standards are met. Day-to-day tasks include gathering and clarifying requirements, preparing project plans, tracking progress, and communicating updates to internal teams and external stakeholders. The specialist will collaborate closely with engineering, product, sales, and customer success teams to resolve issues, manage risks, and support smooth implementation and onboarding. The role also involves documenting processes, analyzing project performance, and contributing to continuous improvement of project execution at Stitch®.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and effective stakeholder management.Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed recommendations.Candidates should possess Customer Service skills, with a focus on empathy, problem-solving, and maintaining positive client relationships.Candidates should possess Project Management skills, including planning, prioritization, coordination of cross-functional work, and risk management.Candidates should possess Sales awareness and the ability to support pre- and post-sales activities, aligning project delivery with commercial objectives.Relevant qualifications include experience in software or SaaS environments, familiarity with Agile or similar methodologies, and proficiency with project management tools.A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.Ability to work on-site in Heliopolis, collaborate in a team setting, and adapt in a fast-paced, AI-driven technology environment.
