The role requires significant experience in a customer-facing environment. Key Responsibilities Technical Design & Implementation: Designing and implementing complex network solutions, including LAN, SDWAN and WAN projects, MPLS links, and point-to-point leased lines. Customer Support & Troubleshooting: Acting as a subject matter expert for L2/L3 data tickets, managing major incidents, and troubleshooting network infrastructure. Customer Facing Role: Working directly with clients as a technical point of contact to provide tailored solutions and high-impact support. Infrastructure Management: Managing Cisco Data Center environments (Nexus Series Switches 2k-9k) and Cisco DNA/ISE. Project Documentation: Creating detailed technical reports, including root cause analysis (RCA), and documenting network improvements. Required Skills & Qualifications Experience: 10 years of relevant experience in IT/telecommunications, specifically in Service Integrator (SI) domains.
