Based on the job listings we researched.RESPONSIBILITIESDocument ManagementCreate, organize and maintain files containing the correspondence and records of a senior colleague.Document Preparation Prepare routine letters, memoranda, reports and similar documents following detailed instruction. This is likely to involve using the full range of functions within standard office software.Work Scheduling and AllocationOrganize own work schedule in order to get the job done, coordinating with support services and assigning short-term tasks to others if necessary.Client & Customer Management (External)Help manage clients by carrying out standard activities and providing support to othersClient & Customer Management (Internal)Help manage internal clients by carrying out standard activities and providing support to others.Data Collection & AnalysisProduce accurate reports for others by collecting data from a variety of standard sources and inputting it into standard formats.TasksPrepare specifications of the materials and equipment required to perform the hardware.Prepare documentation using standard specification forms, filling in dimensions, numbers of units, and other information.Prepare both technical and financial offers.Develop and provide product data sheets and technical documentationGuide and lead consultants to ensure the correct door hardware is applied.Develop a cost summary for the entire project, which includes the costs of equipment, materials and any additional costs that may affect the project.Meet all financial performance objectives for area of responsibility and take corrective action as needed.EXPERIENCE • 1:2 years of experience in the architecture industryEDUCATION • bachelor’s degree in engineering preferred in architecture
