If you’re skilled at building relationships, pitching with confidence, and closing high-value deals — we want to hear fromWhat You’ll DoIdentify and secure new brand and business partnerships.Manage and grow existing sponsorship accounts.Develop tailored proposals and close impactful deals.Coordinate with internal teams to fulfill sponsor deliverables.Maintain strong communication with partners throughout the festival lifecycle.What We’re Looking For4–6 years in sponsorship sales, partnerships, or B2B development (events/media/entertainment preferred).Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills.A solid network of industry contacts is a plus.Fluent in Arabic and English.Self-motivated, organized, and relationship-driven.About Elgouna Film FestivalEl Gouna Film Festival, founded in 2017, is one of the leading festivals in the MENA region.
