Job Responsibilities:Oversee daily retail store activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations.Maintain high standards of product availability, freshness, hygiene, and store presentation.Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety, and food handling standards.Control shrinkage and implement loss-prevention measures in grocery.Monitor stock levels, coordinate replenishment, and manage inventory accuracy.Achieve sales targets, margins, and operational KPIs.Analyse store performance reports and implement improvement actions.Drive customer satisfaction and ensure exceptional in-store service.Lead, train, motivate, and develop grocery store staff across all roles.Create staff schedules and ensure proper coverage across shifts.Conduct regular performance reviews and manage team productivity.Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.Ensure a welcoming and positive shopping experience.Share daily/weekly sales, stock, and operational reports with Retail Operations Management.Escalate operational challenges and propose solutions.Job Requirements:3+ years of experience in retail management (grocery experience highly preferred).Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.Proven ability to manage operations, inventory, and team performance.Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work under pressure and handle fast-paced environments.
