The noon ecosystem of services now includes marketplaces for food delivery, quick-commerce, fintech, and fashion. noon is a work in progress; we’re six years in, but only 5% done.noon’s mission: Every door, every day.What you'll do:We at noon are looking for a Facility Management Supervisor who will be responsible for supervising daily maintenance operations, ensuring effective execution of work orders, tracking maintenance performance, and managing technicians’ KPIs.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintenance ExecutionSupervise daily maintenance activities across all systems (Electrical, HVAC, Mechanical, MHE, Automation System and Fire Fighting).Ensure proper execution of preventive and corrective maintenance plans.Ticketing & Fault TrackingRecord, track, and follow up all maintenance breakdowns and work orders.Ensure proper documentation of all faults and resolutions.Ensure timely closure of tickets and escalate delays.KPI MonitoringMonitor technicians’ performance and productivity.Track KPI metrics such as response time, closure time, and repeat failures.Report daily and weekly performance summaries.Coordination & ReportingCoordinate between technicians and Assistant Manager for escalations.Ensure proper communication with vendors during maintenance activities.Support audit and inspection readiness.Qualifications RequiredDiploma / Bachelor in Engineering or Technical field.3–5 years experience in facility maintenance.Strong hands-on troubleshooting skills.Experience with HVAC, Electrical, and Mechanical systems.Ability to manage teams and daily operations.Who will excel?We’re looking for candidates who thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic start-up environment.
