Manage and control active directory of domain system regarding add new user, user account privilege and reset the password to ensure the network control.Manage and control the firewall activities (FortiGate) regarding check alarms, identify security issues and risk, implement new policies, develop current policies, configure VPN system, search for new security tools, control internet traffic, and bandwidth to ensure high level of security of the IT infrastructure.Manage, maintain, and control the VOIP system to facilitate the communication between employees and external stallholders.Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availabilityMonitor and test application performance for potential bottlenecks, identify possible solutions, and work with developers to implement those fixesMaintain security, backup, and redundancy strategiesPerforming disaster recovery operations and data backups when required.Control IT violations, incidents, and security issues.Maintaining, configuring, and monitoring virus protection software and email applications.Protecting data, software, and hardware by coordinating, planning, and implementing network security measures.Replacing faulty network hardware components when required.Monitoring network performance to determine if adjustments need to be made.. ● Bachelor’s degree (computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or Communication.● 2 to 4 years of proven experience as a System Engineer or in a similar IT infrastructure role.● Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux server environments.● Experience with network administration, including LAN/WAN, firewalls, and VPNs.● Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.● Proficiency in system monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.● Understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices.● Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.● Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.● Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.●MCSA●Ethical Hacking Security Certificate (preferable)
