Talent Acquisition Lead

Job Descriptions:Manage, track, and oversee recruitment activities such as job posting, application processing, interview scheduling, and document preparationLead, mentor, and develop a team of regional & country-specific talent acquisition team of recruitersParticipate in setting and implementing workforce strategies to ensure timely hiring with the right skill sets aligned to business needs.Partner closely with hiring managers, and other relevant stakeholders to understand talent needs, provide insights, and drive effective recruitment outcomes.Ensure adherence to global employment laws and company regulations and policies.Lead recruitment for managerial and executive roles in collaboration with HRD, CHRO, and hiring managers.Participate in interviewing, selection, and offer negotiation for key positions.Ensure requisitions are actioned promptly and aligned with hiring plans and budgets.Support employer branding initiatives and promote a positive candidate experience.Job Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in administration or any relevant.8+ years of experience with 5 years’ experience in the same role - Construction Background is a must .HR Certificate from a recognized place .Required Skills:Skilled in executive-level communication across diverse stakeholders.Strong Leadership and team development.Cross-functional collaboration and teamwork.Reporting and dashboard creation.Decisive and informed decision-making.Expertise in Interviewing and talent selection expertise.HR analytics and insight-driven planning.Experienced in global talent sourcingSkilled in negotiation and persuasionFamiliar with ATS and HRIS systems
