Familiarity with Boolean search and creative sourcing methodsExperience in implementing employer branding and strategic recruitment conceptsExperience in working in a multi-cultural environment and supporter of diversityComprehensive understanding of the labor trends affecting MEA regionStay curious about industry trends, new technologies, and talent market shifts.
