Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end recruitment for white-collar, niche, and critical roles across assigned business units.Deliver timely hiring against SLAs while ensuring high quality of hire.Utilize targeted sourcing methods (headhunting, market mapping, referrals) to build strong talent pipelines.Ensure all recruitment activities comply with internal policies, procedures, and relevant labor regulations.Conduct in-depth screening and competency-based interviews to ensure strong alignment with technical, behavioral, and cultural requirements.Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role complexities, define success profiles, and calibrate candidate expectations.Maintain high-quality shortlists and ensure a strong candidate experience.Track and report key recruitment KPIs (e.g., time-to-fill, offer acceptance).Mitigate hiring risks such as dropouts and early attrition through proactive follow-up.Manage the onboarding project to ensure a seamless, engaging new-joiner experience.Support workforce planning and update manpower reports regularly.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.4–6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with a focus on white-collar and hard-to-fill roles.Proven experience in headhunting, market mapping, and sourcing niche talent.Strong interviewing and assessment skills (competency-based interviewing preferred).Good understanding of labor laws and recruitment best practices.Experience using ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter or similar sourcing tools.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.Analytical mindset with the ability to track and interpret recruitment KPIs.Perfect English
