Key Responsibilities:Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to hiring and onboarding.Handle recruitment for both Blue-Collar and White-Collar roles across different departments.Source candidates through various recruitment channels such as job boards, social media, referrals, and recruitment campaigns.Conduct CV screening and initial interviews with candidates.Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up on hiring decisions.Support mass hiring needs for operational roles when required.Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment records.Prepare recruitment reports and monitor hiring KPIs. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.1-3 years of experience in recruitment.Previous experience recruiting Blue-Collar and White-Collar positions is required.Experience in Manufacturing or Warehouse industry is highly preferred.Strong sourcing and interviewing skills.Ability to meet hiring deadlines.
