We are looking for a driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment with a strong focus on mass and high-volume hiring in a BTech-driven organization. The role requires hands-on experience in closing positions quickly through multiple sourcing channels while ensuring a smooth candidate experience.Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment for high-volume hiring requirementsExecute mass/bulk hiring to meet operational and business targetsSource candidates through job portals, referrals, vendors, walk-ins, hiring drives, and local sourcing channelsScreen candidates and coordinate interviews with hiring managersMaintain hiring trackers, candidate databases, and recruitment reportsCoordinate offer rollouts, documentation, and onboarding processesPartner with internal teams to understand manpower planning and timelinesBuild and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for ongoing hiring needs Bachelor’s degree (any stream; HR preferred)2-4 years of experience in mass / bulk / volume hiringProven ability to work in target-driven and fast-paced environmentsStrong communication and coordination skillsWorking knowledge of MS Excel / Google SheetsAbility to handle multiple positions simultaneously
