Join SODIC and grow with a dynamic HR team!Job Description:Managing the full recruitment cycle, including:Sourcing candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn.Screening resumes and conducting initial phone interviews.Coordinating and scheduling interviews.Following up with candidates throughout the hiring process.Supporting interviews when needed.Collaborating closely with HR Business Partners, Hiring Managers, Total Rewards and Operations teams to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.Maintaining an accurate and up-to-date candidate database and recruitment trackers.Ensuring timely communication of feedback between all stakeholders.Building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.Developing a solid understanding of the business and staying updated on market trends and talent movements.Requirements:0–1 years of experience in recruitment or relevant experience (internships, HR exposure, or student activities are a plus).Fluency in Verbal & Written English (C1 level).Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.Strong attention to detail, especially in data accuracy and documentation.Proficiency in MS Office tools.High level of confidentiality and professionalism.Passion for Talent Acquisition and a strong willingness to learn and grow in the field.Who Should Apply?Fresh graduates or candidates with limited professional experience.Individuals who are people-oriented, organized, and proactive.Candidates eager to build a long-term career in Talent Acquisition.
