Supervise and manage the full recruitment cycle for all companies within the group.Handle white-collar recruitment for the logistics and transportation company (operations, finance, HR, customer service, etc.).Manage blue-collar recruitment for port services and engineering companies (technicians, operators, drivers, laborers, and field staff).Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower needs and job requirements.Develop and implement recruitment plans and sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist candidates for final interviews with hiring managers.Manage recruitment channels including job portals, social media, recruitment agencies, and employee referrals.Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies and labor regulations.Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports to track hiring progress.Support onboarding coordination with HR and administration teams.Monitor recruitment timelines and ensure positions are filled within the required deadlines. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.3–6 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within logistics, engineering, or industrial sectors.Experience in both white-collar and blue-collar recruitment is highly preferred.
